Donations come in many forms
Melikki's is a licensed wildlife rescue center in Morrillo, Panama. Official Non-profit licensing which can take several years in Panama, is still underway as of July 2025. Donations are how we continue to care for these amazing animals. Every donation helps whether it's money, supplies, or volunteer time. ​
Quarantine Area
When accepting animals into our rescue center, they have to be quarantined for 30 days to ensure their safety as well as our caregivers, and other animals. We need to raise funds to build this small, separate facility.

Medical Supplies
Equipment like incubators, anesthesia machines, medical restraint cages, and x-ray machines, aid in the safe handling and treatment of wild primates.
We are always trying to purchase these items.

Small Supplies
Smaller items that are easy to transport but are hard to find in Panama are always welcome and in need. Even something as simple as stuffed animals that act as surrogate mothers for infants.
